My question is "why do people start to smoke???? Don't they know that they are killing themselves slowly?

many reasons I think.. ones want to appear mature, self-confident and independent, when they see someone smoking they may think its cool even though its not

One my friend smokes and tells he's doing it cause really likes.. like drinking coca-cola or eating chocolate... some can't live without it, others - can not even think about it..

That is a good question! as far as i remember it was a way to handle stress, but i regret much as smoking harms not just the smoker, but also family members, coworkers, and others and do not escape from stress. Tobacco contains nicotine, a drug that is addictive. The nicotine, therefore, makes it very difficult to quit.

Iaˆ™ve noticed that people do a lot of things which might harm them or even kill. It seems to me none of other creatures will behave that crazy and careless as humans do. People wish for pungent feelings so they have to pay for them with health price.

Blad, when we are young we don't think about all harms from smoking... we realize everything by time...Many young persons start smoking just from curiosity without realizing all the consequences.. then after some time it is already to late...and they regret too much they have ever start smoking...

Lucky, if every one who is smoking would really regret about it, there would not be so many smokers nowadays.

Hi Blad, I am sure 100% that you don't smoke and never smoked. A smoker would never thing like that... Even if smokers regret that they have ever started smoking, they can not quit so easy as the cigarette is already a narcotic.

Lucky, are you a smoker too? Or you quit smoking? Your words made an expression of as if you know how it is to smoke.
